Do you enjoy connecting people with great products? Join the Poply Shop Affiliate Program and earn commission by referring new customers to our store.
As an approved Poply Shop affiliate, you will receive a unique discount code to share with your audience, customers, friends, or community.
How it works
1. Apply
Fill out our short application form with your contact details and the channels or markets where you plan to promote Poply Shop.
2. Wait for approval
We will review your application. If approved, you will receive your exclusive affiliate discount code.
3. Share your code
Share your unique code with potential customers. Your code gives customers 10% off and allows us to track purchases referred by you.
4. Earn 5% commission
For every eligible order placed using your unique affiliate code, you will earn 5% commission.
Commission
Affiliate commission is calculated at 5% of the final order value, after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
Example:
Order value: US$ 100
Affiliate discount (10%): -US$ 10
Final order value: US$ 90
Your 5% commission: US$ 4.50
Commission is only generated on completed and eligible orders.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise invalid orders do not generate commission. In the case of partial refunds, the commission may be adjusted proportionally.
Payments
Commissions are calculated monthly based on eligible sales made between the first and last day of each month.
Payments are made on the 16th of the following month.
For example, commissions from sales made between June 1st and June 30th will be paid on July 16th.
The minimum payout threshold is US$ 50. If the affiliate has not reached this amount, the balance will automatically roll over to the following months until the minimum threshold is met.
The affiliate is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. Poply Shop may request the necessary details to process payments after affiliate approval.
Any fees charged by banks, financial institutions, or payment providers are the responsibility of the affiliate.
If a commission that has already been paid is later associated with an order that is cancelled, refunded, disputed, subject to chargeback, deemed fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future affiliate commissions.
Your exclusive 10% discount code
Each approved affiliate will receive a unique code that provides 10% off.
This code serves two purposes: to offer a benefit to the referred customer and to allow Poply Shop to identify the sale as your referral.
Affiliate codes cannot be combined with WELCOME10 or any other promotional codes or discounts. Only one discount code may be used per order.
Who can join?
We welcome applications from individuals interested in introducing Poply Shop products to customers in their country or other markets.
All applications are reviewed individually. Submitting the form does not guarantee approval into the Affiliate Program.
Program guidelines
Affiliates must present Poply Shop and its products in an accurate and professional manner.
Affiliates are independent participants in the Poply Shop Affiliate Program and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Poply Shop.
Affiliate codes may not be used for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized self-referrals, or any activity intended to artificially generate commissions.
Poply Shop reserves the right to reject applications, suspend or terminate affiliate participation, invalidate commissions related to fraudulent or abusive activity, and modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program when necessary.
