Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• All items received must be returned together with the product
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that show:
• Signs of use
• Damage resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, or external conditions not related to manufacturing defects
• Damage caused by excessive exposure to liquids or chemical substances
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within up to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective Products
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
After evaluation, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
International Shipping
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
In such cases, Poply Shop will cover the costs related to the replacement.
